My payment was sent but the order shows expired
If you sent the payment after the 5-minute window, the order may have expired. In most cases, the system will still detect your payment and process the order. If your payment was confirmed on the blockchain but the order is not updated within 30 minutes, please contact us with your order ID and the transaction hash (TXID).
I sent the wrong amount
If you sent less than the required amount (underpaid), the order will be marked accordingly. If you sent more than required (overpaid), please contact us. We will review each case individually and work with you to resolve it.
My gift card code doesn't work
Gift cards are issued by third-party brands. Please ensure you are redeeming the card in the correct country/region and on the correct platform. Some cards have geographic restrictions. If you believe there is an issue with the card itself, contact us with your order ID and we will investigate with the provider.
How long does delivery take?
Most gift cards are delivered within minutes after your Bitcoin payment receives its first blockchain confirmation. Confirmation times depend on the Bitcoin network and typically range from 10 to 60 minutes. In rare cases, gift card issuance from the provider may take longer.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital gift cards, all sales are final. Please verify the brand, denomination, country, and amount before confirming your purchase. In case of a technical issue on our side, we will work to resolve it.
