2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password to register an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Services

The Platform enables users to purchase digital gift cards from third-party brands using Bitcoin (BTC). Our services include:

  • Browsing available gift card brands and denominations.
  • Viewing real-time BTC exchange rates for gift card purchases.
  • Placing orders and making payments in BTC.
  • Receiving digital gift card codes, PINs, and redemption URLs upon successful payment.

6. Orders and Payments

Exchange Rate. The BTC exchange rate is calculated at the time of order creation and is valid for a limited window (typically 5 minutes). If payment is not received within this window, the order will expire and a new order must be placed.

Payment. You must send the exact BTC amount to the provided payment address. Underpayments and overpayments may result in order failure or delays.

Confirmation. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain. Confirmation times depend on network conditions and are outside our control.

Delivery. Upon successful payment confirmation, gift card details (code, PIN, URL) are delivered digitally through the Platform. Delivery is typically completed within minutes but may vary.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital gift cards, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been sent. Please verify the brand, denomination, and amount before confirming your purchase.

In the event of a technical failure where a gift card is not delivered despite confirmed payment, we will investigate and resolve the issue, which may include issuing the gift card or providing a credit at our discretion.

8. Gift Card Terms

  • Gift cards are issued by third-party brands and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective brand.
  • 1Company LTD is not the issuer of the gift cards and is not responsible for the terms, restrictions, expiration dates, or usability of any gift card.
  • Some gift cards may have geographic restrictions and may only be redeemable in specific countries or regions.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of any particular brand or denomination at any time.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform for:

  • Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
  • Circumventing any sanctions or trade restrictions.
  • Reselling gift cards purchased through the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of 1Company LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent. Third-party brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • 1Company LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from Bitcoin network delays, price volatility, or blockchain-related issues.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1Company LTD, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
